As someone who has suffered from pain post birth trauma, it has been difficult to take the time to maintain the PT exercises that help with the pain. It is a constant thing and sometimes sex just sucks which is a vicious cycle. I love that the Kiwi feels good and is less intimidating than the pelvic wand I have. I’ve only used it a few times, but it’s been really helpful. I have another vibrating wand that is specifically designed for pelvic pain, but I prefer the kiwi because it helps reduce pain and induce pleasure!
