I'm eternally grateful for these rings and wish I had discovered them sooner! They've massively transformed my dilator practice. The sense of safety they provide me, alleviating my fear of painfully accidentally inserting too far has led to massive gains. It also allows me to consistently track how far in I am length-wise in a way thats challenging to do with dilators alone when you haven't yet reached the point where you can fully insert one inside.
