How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with Pelvic PT-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why massaging these areas is a great place to start, experimenting with 3 massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, promote comfort, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can help your muscles and nervous system relax. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control.

This is a great tool for my pelvic pain toolkit!

I have endometriosis and hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction and l really like the kiwi:) I reach for it more often than my pelvic wand lately to release shallow tension and also externally on tense muscles. I also really liked the videos that came with the product, when you scan the QR code there’s a bunch of videos from a pelvic floor physical therapist that I found to be helpful also :)

    Need to go slowly

Love the smooth texture & different speed of the motors. Have only used once, solo. Partner participation is later this weekend.

    I’m Floored

I have been in treatment for vaginismus for a while now and had absolutely no success whatsoever with physical therapy and other methods of dilation. I got this not expecting much, but I had to come leave a review because this is the first time I’ve been able to have anything internal that wasn’t horribly painful, and actually felt nice!? I’m both amazed and pleasantly surprised in the best way. Highly recommend.

    Exactly as promised

This massager is so much nicer/more fun to use than the long s-shaped pelvic floor massagers and exactly what I needed to alleviate entry pain. I was able to easily show my partner how to use it as well and it actually felt fun rather than like a chore, just as advertised :)

Nothing Has Helped me Until Kiwi

For years, I struggled with entry pain. I tried dilators, did my own pelvic floor exercises, deep breathing you name it! Nothing worked. I couldn’t afford professional physio, and the dilators I tried felt way too clinical and intimidating. Kiwi has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made for myself. It’s soft, gentle, non-clinical, and genuinely multipurpose. The first time I was able to use it internally, I almost cried, not from pain, but from relief and joy. It didn’t hurt. I finally felt like something was working. I highly recommend Kiwi. It’s changing my life in such a positive way, giving me back my comfort, my confidence, and my sex life.
