Description

Sex isn’t always easy! And the vagina is a sensitive place. If you're experiencing a tight feeling, a cramping or stabbing sensation with deeper penetration, or struggling with desire or avoiding sex because of discomfort—you've come to the right place.

The bundle includes Ohnut and Kiwi, so you're covered from entrance to pelvis.

With science-backed features, Kiwi is designed for:

  • Releasing tension (externally and internally with different massage ends)
  • Shallow insertion (to slowly work toward what feels good)
  • Clitoral stimulation (for blood flow + relaxation)
  • Two motors with different frequencies (for a "buzzy" or "rumbly" vibe)

Ohnut is designed to:

  • Limit the depth of penetration (so you're more at-ease and in-control)
  • Stack and interlock (so you can customize the number of stretchy, squishy rings)
  • Feel comfortable for both partners (so you can explore your favorite positions without sacrificing sensation for either of you)

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with Pelvic PT-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why massaging these areas is a great place to start, experimenting with 3 massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, promote comfort, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can help your muscles and nervous system relax. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control.

The Science Behind the Design

Here at The Pelvic People, we take science seriously (read: we're giant nerds). All our products are science-backed, clinician-recommended, and patient-approved.

Vibration

Vibration

Vibration is scientifically proven to help relax the pelvic floor muscles.¹ Plus it feels good!

Mobility Massage

Mobility Massage

Kiwi has three ends, designed specifically for different kinds of massage and myofascial release.²,³

Solo + Partner Use

Solo + Partner Use

Pleasurable partnered experiences = more desire! And vulvar pleasure (solo or partnered) can mean less anxiety around pain and better overall sexual function.

Limiting Depth

Limiting Depth

Ohnut is designed to reduce the depth of penetration to prevent painful collision with tender structures deeper inside the pelvis. Deep pain during sex can be caused by anything from pelvic floor dysfunction to fibroids to endometriosis. Speaking of endometriosis—check out this recent study showing Ohnut is an effective self-management tool for people with endo!

How to Use Ohnut

Squishy, stackable, and oh-so-comfortable—you'll be an Ohnut pro in no time!

How to Use Ohnut

Squishy, stackable, and oh-so-comfortable—you'll be an Ohnut pro in no time!

Start With Three Rings
Always start with 3, then add or remove as you go

Lots of factors influence how many rings you might need! From stress to the position to pain flare-ups to menstruation. The goal of Ohnut isn't to "work your way to never needing rings again," the goal is to feel comfortable and in the moment. Whether you're using Ohnut or not :)

Apply Silicone or H2O Lube
You can't have spaghetti without sauce—the same goes for Ohnut

After you stack the rings, lubricate the shaft or insertable toy/dilator and inside the buffer rings. We highly recommend erring on the side of "I think we used too much lube."

Slide Ohnut Down to the Base
Explore favorite positions with varying numbers of rings

A common misconception is that Ohnut goes inside the body—not so! It stays on the base of the penetrating partner and squishes down like a buffer between your bodies.

Oh the possibilities!
There's no wrong way to use your Ohnut

Welcome to a world of comfort! You can explore using Ohnut for:

  • Pain during penetrative sex (in the V or in the B—just be sure to wash in between if you decide to go for both)
  • A handy little helper during oral sex
  • A textured addition to solo or partnered manual labor, so to speak

    Life saver lol

I held off on getting this till my 1 year anniversary with my partner because I thought I could just get used to him and it would stop hurting…Spoiler alert. It did not.

So. We sprang for it and I’m never going back. It’s a lot more squishy than I expected but still does the job! We use all the rings not just one or two and have a great time. It keeps him going longer since it’s kind of like a normal ring

    LIFE CHANGING

Ice had undiagnosed endometriosis since I first got my period about 15 years ago. Since then, doctors have told me that my scans are fine and nothing is wrong, that I’m being a drama queen and to take Tylenol, and have shoved every form of birth control my way. I even tried an IUD which was the WORST thing I’ve ever done. Ive had inter course pain throughout everything and after getting married, i realized it was effecting my life significantly. Thankfully, my husband is open to anything that will help so I don’t have pain.

    THIS IS IT.

I bought this pack as a surprise for us to try because, fu*k it, why not and I’ll be dang if it doesn’t actually work. My husband is blessed in the manhood department and the ohnut has been amazing. (He also says that it doesn’t feel any different for him which is great.) The kiwi has also been a game changer. My husband is a rule follower so he followed the instructions. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

TLDR: ohnut is very customizable for different positions and men don’t feel it when it’s on.

Kiwi has different vibrations and different angles that work well for relaxing your muscles!

Using Kiwi for myofascial release therapy for hEDS management

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently purchased the Kiwi Medical-Grade Silicone Massager, and it has been a game-changer for my myofascial release therapy and managing hEDS pain.

The Kiwi Massager delivers precisely whether I need a gentle massage or a more intense session with targeted relief, especially for those hard-to-reach areas that other devices struggle with. Its shape and size make it much easier to handle and maneuver, ensuring I can effectively target all the areas that need attention.

Overall, I'm so glad I bought it. If you're on the fence, I recommend you go for it. It's been an effective, reliable, and user-friendly device for myofascial release and pain management. It truly exceeded my expectations!

    I LOVE the kiwi!!

I have really struggled with vulvar vestibulitis the past few months and any intercourse was super painful for me. But with the kiwi I feel way more pleasure than pain and I am so happy to being back on my way to painless sex. It is super good quality and worth every cent.
