How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi has three specially-designed ends for different kinds of massage. Plus, Kiwi comes with expert-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad

Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

+

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why starting to massage these areas is a great first step, experimenting with different massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line

Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

+

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, desensitize pain, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive

Ease into penetration at your own pace

+

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can re-train your muscles and nervous system, helping you feel safe and comfortable. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control when there's penetration in your play.

The Science Behind the Design

For over a year, our team has spent hundreds of hours researching and collaborating with expert clinicians to make the world's first and only device made to relieve entry pain in a way that feels good.

Therapeutic Vibration

Vibration is scientifically proven to help relax the pelvic floor muscles and decrease pain.¹ Plus it feels good!

Mobility Massage

Mobility Massage

Having tight pelvic floor muscles is a known cause of entry pain.²,³ Kiwi has three ends, designed specifically for different kinds of massage and myofascial release.

Birth Prep + Rehab

Birth Prep + Rehab

  • Prenatal perineal stretching can reduce the risk of significant tearing, episiotomy, and long-term postpartum pain.,

  • Perineal massage during birth can reduce the risk of tearing and episiotomy, and may shorten the duration of the 1st and 2nd stages of labor.

  • Postpartum perineal scar tissue massage is a common treatment strategy for post-baby vulvar pain. More studies coming soon!

Solo + Partner Use

Solo + Partner Use

Pleasurable partnered experiences = more desire! And vulvar pleasure (solo or partnered) can mean less anxiety around pain and better overall sexual function.

Whistle While You Work

    Excellent device!!

This small little device is a fantastic tool for those that experience pain with sex, particularly during initial penetration. Using this in conjunction with pelvic floor physiotherapy would yield best results!

This device also works well for those that are “numb” or desensitized in this area of their body as we can use it to re-awaken and increase the blood flow and sensation which will increase your pleasure!!!

    Function and Feel Good

As a pelvic health PT— I have seen some tools have come across as intimidating for patients. Love the Kiwi’s functionality and approachability to serve its purpose. Feels good with different settings for most patients. Great massage tool as well.

Great Tool for Addressing Trauma-Related Pelvic Floor Discomfort and Pain

I absolutely love the Kiwi! My pelvic floor therapist, Dr. Judy Rossi of Woodstock Pelvic Floor Therapy in Georgia, recommended incorporating this vibrator into my at-home therapy exercises. Right away, I was impressed with its aesthetics—the vibrant color and unique shape make it easy to grip and maneuver, and it’s honestly so cute that I enjoyed just looking at it!

Despite my initial enthusiasm, it took me several weeks—and a nudge from my therapist—to overcome the fear and shame I felt about using it. But once I finally gave it a try, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it help relax my pelvic floor, making penetration easier and pain-free, but the gentle vibration also created a calming effect that helped me relax mentally. It’s like a warm cup of tea and a reassuring hug for your pelvic muscles!

    My new best friend

I began struggling with painful sex off and on for about 3 years. I had a recurrent yeast infection that started the pain. After that, I was always anticipating the pain and tensing up. I had some success with dilation and physical therapy, but I have recently been in a rut again. I used my kiwi solo for about a week and then right before attempting sex, and holy cow! It helped a ton! I was able to have some pain free sex! Definitely recommend!
