i was apprehensive about it but i decided to give it a try as my gyno suggested dilators as a way to work to penetrative sex (and ideally help me be able to withstand a pelvic exam and pap smear down the line as I'm 27 and overdue for it).
i really like it! it honestly has helped me more than the intimate rose beginner set i bought. i love the soft texture, flexible and not too stiff dilator end and the vibrationssss omg. i only turn on the vibrating end of the dilator as having both on is too stimulating. but it has really really helped solo play be more enjoyable. i also like the dilator size - it feels satisfying for me as in not too big or too small. also i love it having the curve it does because it helps the vibration reach my clit hood and labia minor not only feels good but it helps me remain lubricated and not tense up. i like to turn on the vibrator on the non-dilator side and massage for a few minutes my bikini line, inner thighs, and over the entirety of my vulva. then i'll grab lube and turn the dilator vibrator on and go in circles around my labia minora and slowly work up to penetration. there are still days that i am too tense and scared of the penetration - i think i will always have those days and am trying to hold space for myself. but i wholeheartedly encourage you to treat yourself to it as maybe a christmas gift and hopefully because of black friday, it's on sale!

I have been using Kiwi for the past year for vaginismus. I use it along with dilators and have also been seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist. I am happy to report that me and my partner are finally able to have penetrative intercourse after years of avoiding it because of pain and discomfort. There is still some discomfort but it's very manageable and is getting better over time.
I used Kiwi regularly in the shower for massage and shallow entry and the results specifically for entry pain have been pretty great! Give it a shot, it might be a game changer for you too :)
