How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi has three specially-designed ends for different kinds of massage. Plus, Kiwi comes with expert-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why starting to massage these areas is a great first step, experimenting with different massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, desensitize pain, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can re-train your muscles and nervous system, helping you feel safe and comfortable. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control when there's penetration in your play.

The Science Behind the Design

For over a year, our team has spent hundreds of hours researching and collaborating with expert clinicians to make the world's first and only device made to relieve entry pain in a way that feels good.

Birth Prep + Rehab

Birth Prep + Rehab

  • Prenatal perineal stretching can reduce the risk of significant tearing, episiotomy, and long-term postpartum pain.,

  • Perineal massage during birth can reduce the risk of tearing and episiotomy, and may shorten the duration of the 1st and 2nd stages of labor.

  • Postpartum perineal scar tissue massage is a common treatment strategy for post-baby vulvar pain. More studies coming soon!

Solo + Partner Use

    Great for for scar tissue

I had a modified vestibulectomy to treat neuroprolific vestibuladynia. The kiwi had been super helpful for working on my scar tissue. I have noticed significant improvement in the mobility of the tissue and a reduction in discomfort. The kiwi is very high quality and the double motor is super awesome. The kiwi fits the vulvar anatomy perfectly and allows for clit stimulation and moderate penetration at the same time. Aside from the benefits for pain, it makes a great sex toy. I highly recommend!

    Pretty good product

I previously wrote a negative review but as I have used this product for a longer time, I want to amend it. I have found this very helpful for my entry-way pain and I also love to use it as a warm up for dilating. The vibration can initially feel intense for internal work so I recommend taking things slow until your become comfortable. However, the kiwi is advertised to be helpful for releasing tension in the thighs and glutes, and I don't find it helpful for this purpose at all. If you need to release tension in the thighs or glutes, I would recommend a proper massage gun instead. That being said, I would totally recommend this product for anyone struggling with entry-way pain.

The three-in-one theory of the kiwi didn’t work for me, though it will probably help me for the vaginal opening.

The Kiwi is such a pleasing shape and one of my favorite colors. They also invested a ton in the attractive initial packaging (although the carrying case you’re left with is a simple drawstring that you probably won’t be able to clean because the Kiwi barely squeezes into it; I would have preferred if they’d put less effort on the former and more on the latter).

Basically, I love the idea and want to love the product. But currently, I am regretting the purchase. I was hoping to use this in a threefold manner--for large muscles, for the vaginal entrance, and for pleasure. But only the second use shows any sort of promise.

I have given up entirely in trying to use the kiwi on my large muscles like the butt and thighs. I had eagerly watched all the physical therapy videos and done assessments on these areas before kiwi arrived. And I added vibration in order to hopefully increase the effects. Unfortunately, this does almost nothing for me and takes a ridiculous amount of time and energy that I really don’t have (because of illness) to attempt on these large body parts. The pointy end is not good for me on large muscles. Maybe a really muscular profession or partner could leverage their body weight effectively as to make the rocking position effective in releasing some large muscles. But it’s certainly not something I could pull off. Even with my best efforts, I got almost no results.

Thankfully, the air cushion attachment on my electronic deep muscle massager is rather…

    Perfect little vibrator!

This little massager has really helped to relax my pelvic muscles. The shallow insertion point is great too!

Good so far, and hopeful for progress!

The first vibrator ive ever purchased, and i am glad it is this one! I am looking forward to making progress in resolving my vaginismus, after looking and trying so many things to help with no results, i believe this will finally be something that helps :) the first try had no pain at all, so it is already seeming hopeful, thank you!
