How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi has three specially-designed ends for different kinds of massage. Plus, Kiwi comes with expert-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why starting to massage these areas is a great first step, experimenting with different massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, desensitize pain, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can re-train your muscles and nervous system, helping you feel safe and comfortable. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control when there's penetration in your play.

The Science Behind the Design

For over a year, our team has spent hundreds of hours researching and collaborating with expert clinicians to make the world's first and only device made to relieve entry pain in a way that feels good.

Therapeutic Vibration

Therapeutic Vibration

Vibration is scientifically proven to help relax the pelvic floor muscles and decrease pain.¹ Plus it feels good!

Mobility Massage

Mobility Massage

Having tight pelvic floor muscles is a known cause of entry pain.²,³ Kiwi has three ends, designed specifically for different kinds of massage and myofascial release.

Birth Prep + Rehab

Birth Prep + Rehab

  • Prenatal perineal stretching can reduce the risk of significant tearing, episiotomy, and long-term postpartum pain.,

  • Perineal massage during birth can reduce the risk of tearing and episiotomy, and may shorten the duration of the 1st and 2nd stages of labor.

  • Postpartum perineal scar tissue massage is a common treatment strategy for post-baby vulvar pain. More studies coming soon!

Solo + Partner Use

Solo + Partner Use

Pleasurable partnered experiences = more desire! And vulvar pleasure (solo or partnered) can mean less anxiety around pain and better overall sexual function.

Whistle While You Work

Tools are only helpful if you want to use them. That's why Kiwi was designed to work and feel good.

    Great tool

This has helped to significantly reduce pain associated with a number of chronic issues. The guides are great and my latest gyn appointment was less stressful and not as painful.

Morning has broken like the first morning!

I have started this journey a few weeks ago, and I have just finished the first unit of HelloGina. So, not yet using the Kiwi, which will be introduced in a later chapter.

When I got started with HelloGina, I was in a space between scared, terrified, and also cautiously curious and a little hopeful. The first steps I'm taking are small baby steps. Yet, they are big steps for me!

HelloGina has been such a positive surprise! For the first time, I didn't feel alone in my process. I feel strongly supported with every step I take. I also love that I can be in control of my pace!

It's a new morning, and even if I'm still a little scared, I am now much more confidently looking forward to starting a new day and the next chapter in my life.

A huge Thank You to the whole team of HelloGina developers and the Pelvic People! All of this is so well done! You thought about everything, and in such an empathic way.

Sometimes I find myself in tears of joy and relief to finally have the opportunity to get the help I have always wanted and waited for such a long time. I hope that many more women find you and take on the journey to a happy and wholesome connection with their bodies. We all deserve it!

    Great device

My pelvic PT recommended this due to pain at entry. It's a wonderful device. Easy to use and the fact that you can vibrate internally and at the clitoris together is fantastic. Very impressed with the cleaver design.
