The Science Behind the Design

For over a year, our team has spent hundreds of hours researching and collaborating with expert clinicians to make the world's first and only device made to relieve entry pain in a way that feels good.

Therapeutic Vibration

Therapeutic Vibration

Vibration is scientifically proven to help relax the pelvic floor muscles and decrease pain.¹ Plus it feels good!

Mobility Massage

Mobility Massage

Having tight pelvic floor muscles is a known cause of entry pain.²,³ Kiwi has three ends, designed specifically for different kinds of massage and myofascial release.

Birth Prep + Rehab

Birth Prep + Rehab

  • Prenatal perineal stretching can reduce the risk of significant tearing, episiotomy, and long-term postpartum pain.,

  • Perineal massage during birth can reduce the risk of tearing and episiotomy, and may shorten the duration of the 1st and 2nd stages of labor.

  • Postpartum perineal scar tissue massage is a common treatment strategy for post-baby vulvar pain. More studies coming soon!

Solo + Partner Use

Solo + Partner Use

Pleasurable partnered experiences = more desire! And vulvar pleasure (solo or partnered) can mean less anxiety around pain and better overall sexual function.

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi has three specially-designed ends for different kinds of massage. Plus, Kiwi comes with expert-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why starting to massage these areas is a great first step, experimenting with different massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, desensitize pain, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can re-train your muscles and nervous system, helping you feel safe and comfortable. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control when there's penetration in your play.

Game Changer! So grateful for this little device!

Over the past several years, I’ve experienced sexual dysfunction, including low desire, difficulty with arousal, decreased sensation, and challenges reaching orgasm. These symptoms are shaped by chronic health issues (including Hashimoto’s / thyroid issues), anxiety, and a trauma history that impacts my nervous system and sense of safety. I also continued having sex during periods when I felt little to no pleasure, which compounded the problem. Addressing the hormonal and physiological factors helped, but I also needed to retrain my body to feel pleasure again. The Kiwi has been a game changer—helping my muscles relax and shift from years of numbness or pain to be able to experience pleasure. I’m deeply grateful these products exist and are being made accessible to the people who need them most. Everyone with a vulva and vagina deserves pleasure.

    It's working

I really didn't want to work on my pelvic floor dysfunction until kiwi. I had dilators, for me not fun and not great results. I have painful gyno exams. With kiwi I actually feel like my muscles are working better and not so tight and stuck. I'm glad I got it.

    Game changer

I never would have guessed how amazing this kiwi would work. Goodbye pain with peeing and massively decreased pain with sex already! And the videos that come with it are spectacular. I’ve learned so much and truly improved my quality of life in such a short time with consistent use. The kiwi is a permanent part of my new normal now!

The only thing that has worked for my vaginismus

I want to start off by saying that I never write reviews, but I had to after my experience with Kiwi. I have had vaginismus for years and was never able to have penetrative sex. I couldn't even wear a tampon. I worked with PT for a couple months and tried dilator therapy, but I just kept losing motivation because of how slow the progress was and how painful it felt. About a month ago, I saw ads for Kiwi, and I decided to try it out since nothing else seemed to be working for me. I can't tell you how much of a life-changer this has been. The vibrations combined with the shallow entry tip have really helped to release muscle tension and make penetration less painful. I was finally able to have penetrative sex for the first time a couple days ago, and I am still in shock. I didn't feel that terrible, sharp, burning feeling that I used to always feel. I'm so grateful and am looking forward to using Kiwi more to help with my progress :)
