The Science Behind the Design

For over a year, our team has spent hundreds of hours researching and collaborating with expert clinicians to make the world's first and only device made to relieve entry pain in a way that feels good.

Therapeutic Vibration

Therapeutic Vibration

Vibration is scientifically proven to help relax the pelvic floor muscles and decrease pain.¹ Plus it feels good!

Mobility Massage

Mobility Massage

Having tight pelvic floor muscles is a known cause of entry pain.²,³ Kiwi has three ends, designed specifically for different kinds of massage and myofascial release.

Birth Prep + Rehab

Birth Prep + Rehab

  • Prenatal perineal stretching can reduce the risk of significant tearing, episiotomy, and long-term postpartum pain.,

  • Perineal massage during birth can reduce the risk of tearing and episiotomy, and may shorten the duration of the 1st and 2nd stages of labor.

  • Postpartum perineal scar tissue massage is a common treatment strategy for post-baby vulvar pain. More studies coming soon!

Solo + Partner Use

Solo + Partner Use

Pleasurable partnered experiences = more desire! And vulvar pleasure (solo or partnered) can mean less anxiety around pain and better overall sexual function.

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi has three specially-designed ends for different kinds of massage. Plus, Kiwi comes with expert-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why starting to massage these areas is a great first step, experimenting with different massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, desensitize pain, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can re-train your muscles and nervous system, helping you feel safe and comfortable. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control when there's penetration in your play.

Able to have painless sex for once

My partner is extremely above average sized in both length and girth. In the past I suffered from entry pain with regular sized men. So I was scared I would never be able to take in my large sized partner. Pain no more, though! I now use my Kiwi for 5-10 minutes right before my penetrative sex attempts, and afterwards, I can usually have painless penetrative sex (with lots of lube and going slow too!). Entry doesn't hurt at all anymore, even with a well above average sized partner. I am so amazed!! My pelvic floor PT (Canada) has this and the Ohnut on her shelf in her office. This seriously just works!!

    The perfect Tool and Toy!

As a pelvic floor PT I have been looking for options for my clients who experience pain with insertion. I give lots of recommendations for products but I feel really good that the Kiwi is an option they can use even after their pain goes away.

I now explain that its like a massage gun just for your pelvic floor muscles and that seems to help my clients understand a lot better.

    Kiwi pelvic floor massager.

After undergoing a vaginoplasty, healing has been stressful. My perineum tissue causes pain when sitting as it’s become hard tissue. Using the curvature of the kiwi I have been able to massage the tissue to loosen up the muscles and scaring which has helped significantly with dilations.

The dual vibration is amazing. The softer one gently soothes while the rougher one encourages the muscles to release tension. In most cases I use both in tandem and run from on side of my V, down and around and up the other side whole slowly apply more gentle pressure each pass.

    Awesome product, highly recommend.
