From the guy point of view i can say its more comfortable than you would expect. Doesnt take away any sensation or feeling. I was worried about the 1 size fits all being large enough, but it is quite stretchy and fits well. With all four rings it effectively takes away about 2” of length.

Wife has said she likes the “safety” of knowing certain positions wont hurt or be too deep. She likes the option of using it or not, depending on her mood. Shes a fan.
