The Science Behind the Design

For over a year, our team has spent hundreds of hours researching and collaborating with expert clinicians to make the world's first and only device made to relieve entry pain in a way that feels good.

Therapeutic Vibration

Therapeutic Vibration

Vibration is scientifically proven to help relax the pelvic floor muscles and decrease pain.¹ Plus it feels good!

Mobility Massage

Mobility Massage

Having tight pelvic floor muscles is a known cause of entry pain.²,³ Kiwi has three ends, designed specifically for different kinds of massage and myofascial release.

Birth Prep + Rehab

Birth Prep + Rehab

  • Prenatal perineal stretching can reduce the risk of significant tearing, episiotomy, and long-term postpartum pain.,

  • Perineal massage during birth can reduce the risk of tearing and episiotomy, and may shorten the duration of the 1st and 2nd stages of labor.

  • Postpartum perineal scar tissue massage is a common treatment strategy for post-baby vulvar pain. More studies coming soon!

Solo + Partner Use

Solo + Partner Use

Pleasurable partnered experiences = more desire! And vulvar pleasure (solo or partnered) can mean less anxiety around pain and better overall sexual function.

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi has three specially-designed ends for different kinds of massage. Plus, Kiwi comes with expert-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why starting to massage these areas is a great first step, experimenting with different massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, desensitize pain, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can re-train your muscles and nervous system, helping you feel safe and comfortable. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control when there's penetration in your play.

Using Kiwi for myofascial release therapy for hEDS management

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently purchased the Kiwi Medical-Grade Silicone Massager, and it has been a game-changer for my myofascial release therapy and managing hEDS pain.

The Kiwi Massager delivers precisely whether I need a gentle massage or a more intense session with targeted relief, especially for those hard-to-reach areas that other devices struggle with. Its shape and size make it much easier to handle and maneuver, ensuring I can effectively target all the areas that need attention.

Overall, I'm so glad I bought it. If you're on the fence, I recommend you go for it. It's been an effective, reliable, and user-friendly device for myofascial release and pain management. It truly exceeded my expectations!

    I LOVE the kiwi!!

I have really struggled with vulvar vestibulitis the past few months and any intercourse was super painful for me. But with the kiwi I feel way more pleasure than pain and I am so happy to being back on my way to painless sex. It is super good quality and worth every cent.

    Post-op life saver!

This little device in conjunction with pelvic floor PT and the Ohnut has absolutely saved my sex life post-hysterectomy AND improved my overall pain control! It's also really helped me reduce my need for muscle relaxers, I'm finding that I can often deal with pain and spasms by doing my PT prescribed breathing and relaxation exercises while using this and not need to reach for meds as often.

Best tool to reduce entrance pain

If you're like me and your entrance pain is awful, I 100% recommend the Kiwi. For background, I've struggled with a severe case of primary vaginismus since I was 16, to the point where it was too painful for me to do everyday activities. I've tried a lot of different things and I'm active in online communities about pelvic pain. Here are some takeaways based on my experiences and conversations with other people. I bought the Kiwi around the time when it was newly released and didn't have many people talking about it, so I also want to share my tips for anyone who's looking for it :)

I've seen people who say that the Kiwi is just a short dilator. If you don't have much entrance pain, I can see why it would feel that way. However, as someone whose primary pain is in the entry muscles, the Kiwi is much better at focusing on the entrance than a dilator is. In my experience, the purpose of dilators is to help relax the muscles for the sake of penetration. I would say that my usage of the Kiwi is more focused on pain relief and long-term muscle relaxation. I sometimes use the Kiwi pre-dilator to relax the entry muscles.

I've also seen people confused on if this is a vibrator. The Kiwi has vibrating functions, but it isn't a toy in the traditional sense. The purpose is ultimately for the sake of reducing pelvic pain/trauma. You can opt to use the vibrations however you want to, but you don't have to use it that way if that's not your thing. The vibrations are also used for…
