Description

Sex isn’t always easy! And the vagina is a sensitive place. If you're experiencing a tight feeling, a cramping or stabbing sensation with deeper penetration, or struggling with desire or avoiding sex because of discomfort—you've come to the right place.

The bundle includes Ohnut and Kiwi, so you're covered from entrance to pelvis.

With science-backed features, Kiwi is designed for:

  • Releasing tension (externally and internally with different massage ends)
  • Shallow insertion (to slowly work toward what feels good)
  • Clitoral stimulation (for blood flow + relaxation)
  • Two motors with different frequencies (for a "buzzy" or "rumbly" vibe)

Ohnut is designed to:

  • Limit the depth of penetration (so you're more at-ease and in-control)
  • Stack and interlock (so you can customize the number of stretchy, squishy rings)
  • Feel comfortable for both partners (so you can explore your favorite positions without sacrificing sensation for either of you)

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with Pelvic PT-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad

Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

+

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why massaging these areas is a great place to start, experimenting with 3 massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line

Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

+

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, promote comfort, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive

Ease into penetration at your own pace

+

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can help your muscles and nervous system relax. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control.

The Science Behind the Design

Here at The Pelvic People, we take science seriously (read: we're giant nerds). All our products are science-backed, clinician-recommended, and patient-approved.

Vibration

Vibration

Vibration is scientifically proven to help relax the pelvic floor muscles.¹ Plus it feels good!

Mobility Massage

Mobility Massage

Kiwi has three ends, designed specifically for different kinds of massage and myofascial release.²,³

Solo + Partner Use

Solo + Partner Use

Pleasurable partnered experiences = more desire! And vulvar pleasure (solo or partnered) can mean less anxiety around pain and better overall sexual function.

Limiting Depth

Limiting Depth

Ohnut is designed to reduce the depth of penetration to prevent painful collision with tender structures deeper inside the pelvis. Deep pain during sex can be caused by anything from pelvic floor dysfunction to fibroids to endometriosis. Speaking of endometriosis—check out this recent study showing Ohnut is an effective self-management tool for people with endo!

How to Use Ohnut

Squishy, stackable, and oh-so-comfortable—you'll be an Ohnut pro in no time!

How to Use Ohnut

Squishy, stackable, and oh-so-comfortable—you'll be an Ohnut pro in no time!

Start With Three Rings

Always start with 3, then add or remove as you go

+

Lots of factors influence how many rings you might need! From stress to the position to pain flare-ups to menstruation. The goal of Ohnut isn't to "work your way to never needing rings again," the goal is to feel comfortable and in the moment. Whether you're using Ohnut or not :)

Apply Silicone or H2O Lube

You can't have spaghetti without sauce—the same goes for Ohnut

+

After you stack the rings, lubricate the shaft or insertable toy/dilator and inside the buffer rings. We highly recommend erring on the side of "I think we used too much lube."

Slide Ohnut Down to the Base

Explore favorite positions with varying numbers of rings

+

A common misconception is that Ohnut goes inside the body—not so! It stays on the base of the penetrating partner and squishes down like a buffer between your bodies.

Oh the possibilities!

There's no wrong way to use your Ohnut

+

Welcome to a world of comfort! You can explore using Ohnut for:

  • Pain during penetrative sex (in the V or in the B—just be sure to wash in between if you decide to go for both)
  • A handy little helper during oral sex
  • A textured addition to solo or partnered manual labor, so to speak

    Thank goodness for kiwi!

I'm so grateful for the pelvic people for putting so much thought and care into this design! I'm healing from vaginismus, and dilator therapy alone has been really difficult for me to be consistent with because it can feel quite clinical for me at times. Kiwi has been sooo helpful for me to get back into a routine taking care of my pelvic health, as I can address insertion pain without feeling pressure to go too deep. Everything about the design (right down to the packaging!) takes the shame away from pelvic pain and puts the focus on care. I highly recommend it!!

After just one use I can tell this will be tremendously helpful and way less intimidating than dilators. Highly recommend.

    Cushion for the Pushin'

First, some information about my wife and I: I am 5'10" and wouldn't consider my "equipment " to be big, but above average. My wife is 4'10", a mother of 2, has PCOS and a partial hysterectomy. We have been married for 12 years, and throughout our relationship she has always complained of some pain after sex, with it becoming more limiting as time went on, especially in positions of deep penetration.

Just before purchasing the Ohnut set, we were limited to basically only 1 position: A form of sideways doggy that limited how deeply I could penetrate. We have tried various lubes, pillows, and even a special designed $200 sex cushion. While they all helped slightly, the effect was minor to non-noticeable. While having her ovaries removed may ultimately be the only way to eliminate the PCOS pain altogether, this obviously comes with a suite of side effects and expenses. It's good to find alternative options before going for the "nuclear option." And to avoid menopause in her 30s.

There is also the matter of sheer size difference between the two of us, where I am a whole foot taller than her. I'm not sure if it is possible that she may have a shorter cervix in proportion to her height, but full penetration has always caused her pain. While I try to be mindful of my thrust power and tempo to not cause her pain, people tend to get a bit "animalistic " during the act. Compound this with the fact that positioning is always awkward due to the height difference, and the fact that,…
