Description

Sex isn’t always easy! And the vagina is a sensitive place. If you're experiencing a tight feeling, a cramping or stabbing sensation with deeper penetration, or struggling with desire or avoiding sex because of discomfort—you've come to the right place.

The bundle includes Ohnut and Kiwi, so you're covered from entrance to pelvis.

With science-backed features, Kiwi is designed for:

  • Releasing tension (externally and internally with different massage ends)
  • Shallow insertion (to slowly work toward what feels good)
  • Clitoral stimulation (for blood flow + relaxation)
  • Two motors with different frequencies (for a "buzzy" or "rumbly" vibe)

Ohnut is designed to:

  • Limit the depth of penetration (so you're more at-ease and in-control)
  • Stack and interlock (so you can customize the number of stretchy, squishy rings)
  • Feel comfortable for both partners (so you can explore your favorite positions without sacrificing sensation for either of you)

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with Pelvic PT-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why massaging these areas is a great place to start, experimenting with 3 massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, promote comfort, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can help your muscles and nervous system relax. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control.

The Science Behind the Design

Here at The Pelvic People, we take science seriously (read: we're giant nerds). All our products are science-backed, clinician-recommended, and patient-approved.

Vibration

Vibration

Vibration is scientifically proven to help relax the pelvic floor muscles.¹ Plus it feels good!

Mobility Massage

Mobility Massage

Kiwi has three ends, designed specifically for different kinds of massage and myofascial release.²,³

Solo + Partner Use

Solo + Partner Use

Pleasurable partnered experiences = more desire! And vulvar pleasure (solo or partnered) can mean less anxiety around pain and better overall sexual function.

Limiting Depth

Limiting Depth

Ohnut is designed to reduce the depth of penetration to prevent painful collision with tender structures deeper inside the pelvis. Deep pain during sex can be caused by anything from pelvic floor dysfunction to fibroids to endometriosis. Speaking of endometriosis—check out this recent study showing Ohnut is an effective self-management tool for people with endo!

How to Use Ohnut

Squishy, stackable, and oh-so-comfortable—you'll be an Ohnut pro in no time!

How to Use Ohnut

Squishy, stackable, and oh-so-comfortable—you'll be an Ohnut pro in no time!

Start With Three Rings
Always start with 3, then add or remove as you go

Lots of factors influence how many rings you might need! From stress to the position to pain flare-ups to menstruation. The goal of Ohnut isn't to "work your way to never needing rings again," the goal is to feel comfortable and in the moment. Whether you're using Ohnut or not :)

Apply Silicone or H2O Lube
You can't have spaghetti without sauce—the same goes for Ohnut

After you stack the rings, lubricate the shaft or insertable toy/dilator and inside the buffer rings. We highly recommend erring on the side of "I think we used too much lube."

Slide Ohnut Down to the Base
Explore favorite positions with varying numbers of rings

A common misconception is that Ohnut goes inside the body—not so! It stays on the base of the penetrating partner and squishes down like a buffer between your bodies.

Oh the possibilities!
There's no wrong way to use your Ohnut

Welcome to a world of comfort! You can explore using Ohnut for:

  • Pain during penetrative sex (in the V or in the B—just be sure to wash in between if you decide to go for both)
  • A handy little helper during oral sex
  • A textured addition to solo or partnered manual labor, so to speak

    Changed my life

Just wanted to share that today my boyfriend and I used this product for the first time and I literally cried of happiness that I felt like I got a part of my life back that felt taken away from me by my endometriosis worsening recently. I’ve been avoiding sex and bracing myself for pain, and didn’t even realize how much everything was hurting until using this product today and experiencing no pain, no matter the angle. And actually feeling pleasure again. Ty from the bottom of my heart for making this product for woman, plus my boyfriend loved it too. Leading up to finding your product, I was starting to mourn my sex life and thought I’d ruin my partners’ sex life forever too. My pain and avoidance with sex was really making me question my self worth, making intimacy difficult, and making me feel hopeless. I kept trying to suck it up and would be crying from pain in sex more often than not. Endometriosis has taken a lot of my joy out of life, and this product helped give me hope and pleasure again. Thank you so much.

    Great demo for patients!

This is a wonderful adjustable and customizable product that I love having on display in my office as a Pelvic Health OT- patients love being able to touch and seeing how this product can be used. Many have then gone on to purchase and reported back with wonderfully positive experiences!

    It Works!!!

For some time now penetration has been somewhat painful for my wife. My size has always been an issue, but as her body changes her experiences change. We tried different positions, but none worked well. I saw the Oh Nut and thought I’d give it a try. Wow! First time so pleasurable and we climaxed together! Each new is awesome. I can say enough about this product. There are positions I’ve wanted but they’ve been off the table. Not now! Thank you for this great product!

    Absolute gamechanger

I’m well-endowed and “full-depth” penetration has never been an option for my wife and I. Frankly even before my wife this was a major issue.

We bought our first set and what a difference in just 4 rings! Going further in cause 0 pain! We ended up buying a second set because we needed more than 4 to size it correctly, but once we had the correct number (7 for us) we were able to go “all out” with no pain whatsoever for her.

An absolute game changer for our sex life!
