They work as they're supposed to, including in positions where the receiving partner is on top - they're comfortable for both partners, generally not much of a difference is felt for the penetrating partner. These will work great for 99% of penetrating partners. For the other 1% the tip to put them around a water bottle to stretch them out is great, as they were a bit too snug for comfort out of the box. They still cut off some feeling in the member after some time, which was mildly frustrating, but other variables can probably be adjusted to accommodate for the issue.
