We’re in this together

It’s our goal to create products that are simple to use, easy to talk about, and can help a range of challenges while encouraging partners to connect with their bodies, and each other. We value an interdisciplinary approach, early intervention, and patient-centric care.

By patients, for patients

Tools are only helpful if you want to use them. As a patient-founded company, we proudly champion the bio-psycho-social approach to pelvic and sexual health. Win, win.

Science-first approach

In a world of misinformation, scientific accuracy (not capitalism) is our first priority. We not only depend on research for development, but we also translate that research so that people become informed.

We comb through the research, work with clinicians, and turn evidence into tools and education that patients can actually use:

  • In a world of misinformation, scientific accuracy comes first
  • We make that information practical and accessible

No snake oil, no fluff — just evidence-based tools and education

Contributing to research

We’ve proudly participated in an IRB-approved study assessing the efficacy of Ohnut among an endometriosis patient population with the University of British Columbia. Kiwi studies coming soon!

Research

Everything we make starts with evidence. The research that shapes our products, informs our clinical recommendations, and takes pain — and the people living with it — seriously.

Ohnut

Four-ring depth-limiting buffer.

Individuals experiencing deep dyspareunia, for any number of underlying causes, often feel lost, broken, or ashamed long before they come to you. It takes significant bravery to make that appointment and show up. It is our job to honor that bravery, and when applicable, offer tools that are simple to use and set them up for success.

What it is

Ohnut is a set of stretchy (very stretchy), stackable rings worn around the base of a penetrating partner — whether that be penis, dilator, or toy. It limits insertion depth without limiting sensation. Rings can be added or removed at any time.

“Ohnut limits penetration depth in a way that feels good for both partners.”

Clinical applications

Ohnut may be appropriate for patients experiencing deep or collision dyspareunia related to:

Gynecologic conditions
Endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, PCOS/PMOS, pelvic organ prolapse, IC / painful bladder syndrome, menopause-related tissue changes.
Surgical recovery
Hysterectomy, gender-affirming vaginoplasty, abdominopelvic surgery, cancer treatment.
Functional / musculoskeletal
Pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum recovery, scar tissue and adhesions.
Neurologic / psychogenic
PTSD, hypertonic pelvic floor secondary to trauma.
By limiting depth, Ohnut may help:
  • Reduce pressure on tender or inflamed structures
  • Decrease tension on scar tissue or adhesions
  • Downregulate the nervous system sufficiently to allow for pelvic floor relaxation

Dyspareunia often has complex underlying causes that require a multidisciplinary team to address. Ohnut allows patients to maintain intimacy while that work is underway.

Three things to tell every patient

1
“Start with 3 or 4 rings, not 1.”
Starting with one ring and needing more can feel like failure. Starting with three or four and taking rings off doesn’t. Start with more rings. We also recommend reinforcing that the rings are not a progression — depth tolerance varies by position, cycle, and day. The number of rings used is not a metric of success.
2
“It feels like going all the way in.”
Reframe partner concerns proactively. Most patients are already worried about being a burden. Get ahead of it: “For your partner, it feels like going all the way in without worrying about going too far.”
3
“It sparks conversation.”
Patients who previously responded to pain with silence, guarding, or shutting down now have language around a neutral object: “Want to add a ring? Take one off? How does this feel?” That verbal shift toward establishing trust and safety is critical.

Vibrating add-on ring

Stacks anywhere on the stack and can be rotated for either partner’s sensation. Vibration is useful for increasing blood flow and oxygen to surrounding muscles, encourages relaxation, and invites exploratory enjoyment for both partners.

Practical notes

  • HSA / FSA eligible.
  • Lube is non-negotiable. Water-based or silicone-based — both work with Ohnut’s body-safe polymer blend material (not pure silicone, which isn’t stretchy enough).
  • Menopause / ED tip: if a partner is concerned about erection loss, suggest they try Ohnut alone first to get used to the feel before bringing it into shared intimacy.
  • Cleaning: soap and water. Fragrance-free preferred.

Kiwi

Medical-grade pelvic floor massager for entry pain, vaginismus, and tension.

Commonly recommended for
  • Entry pain
  • Vaginismus
  • Pelvic floor tension
  • Shallow dilator work
  • Post-surgical rehab
  • Myofascial release

Kiwi is a medical-grade silicone pelvic floor massager designed for patients working through entry pain, vaginismus, and pelvic floor tension. Three interchangeable heads handle external trigger-point release, shallow internal stretch, and clitoral stimulation for blood flow and downregulation. Two motors — one buzzy, one rumbly — let patients dial in what feels right, and four speed settings support graded exposure. Clinicians recommend Kiwi as a home-practice tool that pairs with pelvic floor PT or progressive dilator work: adherence stays up because it actually feels good, and it builds positive somatic associations with an area that’s often tense, avoided, or painful. Rechargeable, water-resistant, and ships discreetly.

How patients use it

Begin externally with low speed to downregulate the pelvic floor before any internal work. Progress to the shallow insertion head as the patient tolerates. The clitoral head is helpful for patients rebuilding comfort with arousal after pain. Always pair with lube.

⚠ Push-pin charger (not magnetic).

Oh Naturale Lube

Organic aloe-based lubricant for sensitive skin.

Commonly recommended for
  • Vaginal dryness
  • Menopausal symptoms
  • Dilator therapy
  • Postpartum comfort
  • Sensitive skin
  • General intimate support

Oh Naturale is an organic aloe-based personal lubricant formulated for sensitive skin — pH-balanced, fragrance-free, paraben-free, and glycerin-free. That matters for patients navigating vaginal dryness, menopause, chemotherapy-related changes, or recurrent yeast/BV who react to conventional products. The aloe base gives lasting moisture without the tackiness of silicone or the irritation of glycerin, and it cleans up easily. Safe with condoms, silicone toys, and Ohnut. A reliable recommendation for dilator therapy, postpartum, peri- and post-menopausal comfort, and general intimate support.

How patients use it

Apply generously before and during dilator or toy use. Reapply as needed. Safe for daily use. 2oz bottle.
