Four-ring depth-limiting buffer.
Ohnut is a set of stretchy (very stretchy), stackable rings worn around the base of a penetrating partner — whether that be penis, dilator, or toy. It limits insertion depth without limiting sensation. Rings can be added or removed at any time.

"Start with more rings"
Starting with one ring and needing more can feel like failure. Starting with three or four and taking rings off doesn’t. Start with more rings. We also recommend reinforcing that the rings are not a progression — depth tolerance varies by position, cycle, and day. The number of rings used is not a metric of success.

Reframe partner concerns proactively. Most patients are already worried about being a burden. Get ahead of it: “For your partner, it feels like going all the way in without worrying about going too far.”
