The kiwi was recommended to me by my pelvic floor physical therapist. It has been so easy to use and excellent for pressure point release in my pelvic floor muscles. It has helped me along recovering from a surgery in that area. The only thing I don't love is the lube. Most of it slides right off the coating on the kiwi. I suppose putting the lube on your skin instead would work better.
