How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with Pelvic PT-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why massaging these areas is a great place to start, experimenting with 3 massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, promote comfort, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can help your muscles and nervous system relax. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control.

The Science Behind the Design

For over a year, our team has spent hundreds of hours researching and collaborating with expert clinicians to make the world's first and only device made to encourage progress in a way that feels good.

Yes to pain relief but also YESsssSssSss

I'm 40 and spent my entire sexual life with entry pain due to endometriosis, thinning from estrogen suppression, injury as a child (sledding accident), and pelvic floor dysfunction. I had surgeries. I did dilator therapy, I did pelvic floor and opening Botox. I had sex using numbing cream. I just accepted that this was life and I'd done all I could be done, maxed out pelvic floor PT, and sex would just always at the very least, start painful.

This changed all that. I'm not over selling it. It brought elasticity back to an area that was experiencing chronic tearing. It brought back sensation that was pleasant. Can we also talk about how it's actually also an amazing vibrator too? Medical use aside!

They should start using this in clinical trials and studies. Because it worked, and I convinced my insurance to cover it. We all deserve this level of help.

    It has helped so much!

Do try this kiwi and the products. I’m back to enjoying sex with the help of some estrogen tablets too. Life does go on ladies.

hypertonic pelvic floor pain? use this in addition to your stretching

recommended by my pelvic floor physical therapist (shoutout to dr. treloar) for the pain i had with insertion and using the restroom. after using it a few times now, it's definitely helping me with massaging and relaxing those pelvic muscles in between the stretches and exercises i've been doing. here's to hoping for progress and results!

    Great

Looking at this product as both the clinician and a patient, I can say it is one of the best things I’ve invested in in a very long time. It’s made of high-quality material and really helps with entrance pain and even can be used with a partner..
