How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with Pelvic PT-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why massaging these areas is a great place to start, experimenting with 3 massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, promote comfort, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can help your muscles and nervous system relax. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control.

This product is a real gem.

It not only allows a woman's body to relax and open up, but it also opens up a line of healthy and fresh communication between partners.

It's clear that so much thought and sensitivity went into the development and packaging of this fantastic product.

I'm eager to recommend it to my clients.

    Healing and non-threatening!!

I struggle with pelvic floor hypertonicity/overactivity and vestibulodynia. I love my Kiwi. I love it so much more than my plastic dilators because the dilators feel really hard and clinical. But the Kiwi is softer and very non-threatening. So I never feel worried when I use it, even internally! It really helps desensitize my sensitive vestibule/entrance. Would probably be a great tool to use before penetrative sex. I love the different vibration speeds and modes. This way, I control how much desensitization I can handle. Plus, it does work for self-pleasuring! By the way, if your pelvic floor spasms uncomfortably during orgasm, the Kiwi can help train your orgasms to feel normal again, too. Just use your kiwi externally to ALMOST achieve orgasm, then let go, then repeat. Your pelvic muscles will learn the contractions without pain, so you'll reinforce pain-free contractions, which then helps your muscles be able to have more comfortable, full orgasms overtime. The Kiwi is truly a wonderful tool in my pelvic floor toolbox!

    Worth it!

I’ve had entry pain issues for years. I’ve tried dialators and pelvic floor therapy, and while they helped a little, the Kiwi was really the game changer for me.
