How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with Pelvic PT-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why massaging these areas is a great place to start, experimenting with 3 massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, promote comfort, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can help your muscles and nervous system relax. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control.

Perfect multi-use tool for pelvic pain

I love this little kiwi. Not only has it helped with releasing internal fascia and entry pain, it has also helped me feel more comfortable with my body again. It also has helped tremendously on my external pelvic floor muscles, hips, tops of legs (and even jaw pain when my TMJ acts up). Having the ‘beak’ helps target those really tight knots, but having the ‘body’ of the Kiwi helps when that acute pain is too much to handle. I have just about any tool for releasing external muscles and this is the first one that has actually, actually worked. I know the price is a bit high, but I have found the cost to be worth it.

To have a multi purpose tool that both relieves pain and is allowing me to reconnect with my sexuality is more I could be asked for. Especially after being in pain for so long (and still being in pain).

Had been missing my old coil vibrator

I had not been having issues with painful sex, but I was recently widowed, and the descriptions made me think this vibrator was less buzzy, more rumbly—more like the old coil vibrators that are no longer made. Yep! The Kiwi works as I’d hoped it would—very pleasurable.

    So helpful!

My pelvic floor therapist recommended dilators but I was having so much trouble with entry pain. Using the kiwi first has really helped relax my muscles so that I could start progressing through the dilators (on level 3 of the set now!). I also really appreciated how there was a built-in process through pelvic people to get a letter of medical necessity so that FSA covered the device.

Kiwi IS Foreplay and My #1 Vibrator.

I’m always trying to use vibrators and dildos to help me heal my nervous system freeze and flight responses, fear of penetration and PC muscles contracting. But I cannot START with deep dildos or even some of those clit vibrators. Just like with sex, I need foreplay for insertion.

What really helps me START and have quality gradual relaxation and foreplay is the Kiwi. I lay down and put it on the low setting and enjoy warming up with it. And then, it’s so exciting to either turn onto my stomach and finish with Kiwi at a faster level OR to finally insert those long glass dildos I can never insert cold.

I know find myself grabbing it regularly as a ritual. I typically AVOID or find other dildos or vibrators a chore but Kiwi IS foreplay and main event.

As someone who had to relearn to associate sex with pleasure and not fear and get past bracing myself and freeze/flight responses, I 200% recommend Kiwi, erotica, and jade eggs to heal.
