How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with Pelvic PT-guided video tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!

How to Use Kiwi

Kiwi comes with expert-guided tutorials, so you'll feel supported every step of the way!
1. Start Broad
Release tension in lower abs, inner thighs, glutes

Tension in the butt, belly, and thighs can contribute to internal muscle tension. That's why starting to massage these areas is a great place to start, experimenting with 3 massage ends and vibration.

2. Ride the Bikini Line
Explore around the vulva, clitoris, perineum

Stimulation of external ~bits~ can relax the pelvic floor, promote comfort, and introduce pleasure. Start with the perineum, and explore the labia, clitoris, and other parts of the vulva.

3. Shallow Dive
Ease into penetration at your own pace

Shallow insertion with clitoral vibration can help your muscles and nervous system relax. And that's the goal! To feel comfortable and in control.

Game Changer

I never would have guessed how amazing this Kiwi would work. Goodbye pain with peeing and massively decreased pain with sex already! And the videos that come with it are spectacular. I've learned so much and truly improved my quality of life in such a short time with consistent use. The Kiwi is a permanent part of my new normal now!

Worth It!

I had entry pain for years. I've tried dilators and pelvic floor therapy, and while they helped a little, the Kiwi was really the game changer for me.

Got Questions? We've Got Answers

How is Kiwi Different From A Vibrator?

Kiwi was designed first and foremost as a physical massage tool to help release tight or tense pelvic floor muscles. Vibration is an optional feature that can support comfort, increase blood flow, and help build positive associations with touch (and yes, that can include pleasure).

Vibrators aren’t built specifically for people navigating pelvic pain. They can be too intense, too large, or just not quite right for relaxing the pelvic floor. Kiwi offers a gentler, more targeted approach—with different ends for shallow internal use and for massaging muscle groups connected to the pelvis.

What if Kiwi Doesn't Work For Me?

No pressure (literally). If you aren't happy with your order, just contact us within 30 days. We won't make it difficult, we're here to help!

Will Kiwi Ship In Discreet Packaging?

Yep! Kiwi ships in plain, unbranded packaging so no one will know what’s inside.

What Kind of Lube Can I Use With Kiwi?

Because Kiwi is made with medical-grade silicone, we recommend pairing it with a water-based lubricant. It’s gentle on you — and your device. You can check our our water-based lube HERE

    Game changer!

I have been using Kiwi for the past year for vaginismus. I use it along with dilators and have also been seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist. I am happy to report that me and my partner are finally able to have penetrative intercourse after years of avoiding it because of pain and discomfort. There is still some discomfort but it's very manageable and is getting better over time.

I used Kiwi regularly in the shower for massage and shallow entry and the results specifically for entry pain have been pretty great! Give it a shot, it might be a game changer for you too :)

All the best on your journey, there is light at the end of this tunnel <3

    Very cute accessory

The kiwi is easy to hold and is a great shape and size, and easy to turn on and off. I’m using it to help make entry not as painful, along with a dilator and estrogen cream. Hopefully the 3 will do the trick.

    Great little toy

I got this to experiment with different toys and I just love this little guy. I also have experienced occasional entry pain and this is perfect for easing that up a bit.
