The design is brilliant. Even though there are sets for pelvic therapy sized from very small to larger this “hits differently”. Psychologically it feels like penetration in a way those sets don’t. It creates an almost emotional response setting the stage for more effective progression and results. The ads talking about this are actually true
The only complaint I have is that I’m average height/size and I would prefer a little less distance in the space between the narrow point and broad part. Meaning for the penetration end to be the same size and the rest of the kiwi to be smaller.

When I was first diagnosed with vulvodynia I felt very defeated that it wasn’t a one and done solution. I soon after found out about kiwi/ the pelvic people and had hope because it seemed less intimidating then other options and ordered the kiwi for myself. I've had my eye on the Kiwi for a long time as someone who has a lot of entry pain due to vaginismus & hormonal changes (I'm a transgender man). It's always made me self conscious that I feel PIV intercourse is off the table, and had grabbed a set of dilators to help me out. The dilators on their own are okay, but progress feels really slow and, to be honest, not very fun to use! Kiwi has a very intuitive, ergonomic shape and is easy to handle. The vibrations are fun and relaxing, and I have noticed a major decrease in entry pain when paired with the dilators. Now, I feel like I'm actually making progress, and though internal stimulation still does not seem to do a ton for me, Kiwi has helped me feel like it is possible.
